Procedure

1. The Buyer issues an ICPO to the seller
2. The Seller issue The / FCO to the Buyer for sign & Stamp with attaching Passport Image and Company License
3. The Seller issues a Commercial Invoice then The Buyer seals and signs, and returns to The Seller
4. THE SELLER ISSUE MT 799 PRE-ADVISE(RWA) TO THE SELLER ACCOUNT
5. The Seller issues a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to Sign
6. The Buyer issues The Non-Operational SBLC Transferable, divisible to the Seller’s Bank Account
7. The Seller issues The Proof of Products (POP) to the buyer by traceable or approved after 10 days
8. The buyer Convert Status from Non-Operational SBLC to Operational SBLC
9. Start operations of loading, issuing insurance, transportation, and delivery according to the agreed terms
10. After CIQ approval, perform the invoice payment step from the letter of credit source to the seller
